The Yealink SIP-T31W is an entry-level business Wi-Fi IP phone designed for reliable and flexible voice communication in offices, hotels, reception areas, and other business environments. It features built-in dual-band 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wi-Fi, allowing flexible wireless network connectivity and reducing the need for additional cabling.

The SIP-T31W supports up to 2 SIP accounts and local 5-way conferencing, making it suitable for everyday business communications and small group calls. Its HD Voice and Smart Noise Filtering technology help provide clear and natural conversations by reducing unwanted background noise.

The phone features a 2.3-inch 132 x 64 pixel graphical LCD with adjustable backlight for clear information display. Built-in PoE enables convenient power and network connectivity through Ethernet, while the adjustable multi-angle stand and wall-mountable design provide flexible installation options. The T31W also supports EHS wireless headsets and Yealink device management platforms for easier deployment and maintenance.
